Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the paid price of the Service will be refunded to the Customer in full.
- In case of cancellation by the Customer or the Participant not later than 7 days (including) before the date of the Event, the price paid for the Service will be refunded to the Customer in full.
- Cancellation by the Customer or Participant less than 7 days prior to the date of the Conference will entitle the University to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the Service.
- Cancellation by the Customer or Participant on or after the date of the Event shall entitle the University to the full price of the Service.
